Initiate Your Request
Log in to your GAMELINE account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure eligibility for a full refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
